Maruti Likely to Launch Ertiga Facelift on 10 October

As per a recent report on a website, the famous MUV Maruti Ertiga is going to be launched on October, 10, 2015 with additional features. This vehicle has been already revealed at the GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) in the month of August, this year. Coming to the cosmetics features, the fascia houses a grille highlight by chrome, which enhances the beauty of this car. Further, it is fitted with redesigned front and rear bumpers, 10-spoke 15-inch alloy wheels, new foglights, large tail lamp cluster and much more.

Talking about the cabin, it is equipped with electrically adjustable side wings as well as Maruti’s SmartPlay touchscreen entertainment system, which is available in the top end variants. Moreover, it offers parking sensor, rear parking camera, Bluetooth audio and start/stop button. As usual, the last two row is foldable in 50:50 split which increases the boot capacity. The dashboard is embossed with two tone color combination and the seats are covered with leather upholstery. Besides, new floor mats are also found in the facelift version.

Maruti Ertiga Interior

The company will roll out this car in petrol as well as diesel variants. There is no confirmation about the mechanical configuration but, it is speculated that this Ertiga will be powered by a 1.4-liter K-Series petrol engine and a 1.3-liter DDiS diesel engine that offers a good fuel efficiency. It is also anticipated that the company will introduce this car in SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) with diesel engine that was already seen in Ciaz.
