The Volvo India is focusing on the car market for quite some time now and has planned a great deal of new fleet of cars with the latest Drive E engine technology and update of current cars as well. The latest update which has been made about the car is the availability of the R-Design of two of its famous cars, that is S60 sedan and XC60 SUV as well. Both the cars have received the same updates and on the interior and exterior sides.
Externally, the cars have features like silver swing mirror housing, new grille with honeycomb structure, 18-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, chrome finish on the rear side at the tailpipes and diffuser element on the rear bumper as well. Inside, the cars include R-design seats, steering wheels, paddle shifters, satellite navigation and reverse camera as well. Both the cars will be available in the D4 trim car models of their respective class. The engine of the both the cars will be same, that is 2.0 Litre Drive E 4-Cylinder beast which offers 181 PS power and 400 Nm of torque with a 8-speed automatic transmission gearbox.
The price of the cars will be INR 41.5 Lac and INR 53 Lac for the S60 and SC60 respectively. However, the price has seen a rise, but so as the power and torque of the cars along with the elegant design and features as well.
