Devarajan, a farmer in India, watched a dream to buy a Mercedes car upon seeing one when he was only 8 years old. The same farmer fulfils his childhood dream by purchasing a brand new Mercedes Benz B-Class 80 years later.
Devarajan expressed his gratitude and was proud to finally own his dream car, even so many years later. Devarajan is a farmer by profession and lives with his family.
The story goes like this. Devarajan sees the first ever Mercedes car when he was just 8 years old and is so impressed by the vehicle that right then and there he decides that he will buy a Mercedes Benz of his own one day. At the time, he was not even aware of the brand of the car or if such a brand actually existed. The only thing he knew was that he will buy a car with the ‘three-pointed star’ logo.
Mercedes is a luxurious car brand, with Benz being its most popular luxury car range. Devarajan purchased the car on 4th of July, along with his wife, son and other family members. He is clearly very happy to finally get his hands on his dream Mercedes.
Devarajan reportedly got full support of his wife and family in fulfilling his dream. Now that his so long dream of 80 years is finally achieved, he seems delighted.
Devarajan has purchased his Mercedes car from a showroom in Chennai, where he and his family were welcomed by the staff. A cake sporting the Mercedes logo was also brought by the staff to celebrate Mr Devarajan’s achievement. The cake by cut by him and his wife, who were clearly overjoyed on the occasion.
Devarajan didn’t miss the chance to take his first drive in his first luxury car - the white Mercedes Benz B-Class, as you can see in the video, and now proudly keeps it in his family garage at his home.
The story of an ordinary farmer who achieved his years-long dream simply by staying on the right path and never straying from it will inspire many more to come.
