Peugeot 208 GTi 30th Anniversary Special Edition Launched

The French car maker Peugeot celebrated the 30^th birthday of its GTi model with the launch of its all new Peugeot 208 GTi 30^th Anniversary Special Edition car at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The new 208 GTi is very impressive with its color combination and the lovely 'coupe franche'. The black and red color theme of the car has surely won the million hearts at the Festival of Speed, and I bet that many lovers of this GTi series would have been feeling eager to own this one by now.

The latest 208 GTi Special Edition has many features to talk about like matte black elements for the chrome,wheel arch extension and the window trim as well with the twin chrome exhausts. The interior looks very elegant in it and have the same red and black combination with red carpet and black seats with red stitching. The GTi 208 Anniversary Special gets its power from the same 1.6 Litre turbocharged petrol engine with the increment in power output by 8 hp to reach the exact 208 hp. The transmission in it is 6-speed manual and takes it from 0-100 in 6.5 seconds only.

The deliveries of this new Peugeot 208 GTi 30^th Anniversary Edition will start at the end of November and before that it'll be the part of the famous Paris Motor Show in October as well. The only hidden fact about this car is the number of units that the company will manufacture of this special edition car.
