Excluding India, Porshche has already made global appearance of its Cayenne facelift last year. Now, the vehicle has finally been spied testing in India and the manufacturer has announced to set up this runabout in the country next year with minor cosmetic as well as powertrains upgrades. At the front, there are stunning grille and superb headlight comprising four LED daytime running lamps, which render completely new aspects for its customers. However, its fascia is identical to new Porsche Macan.
This SUV includes active air flaps that will be situated in its middle grille and whenever engine will become very hot, it would get unlocked for sending cool air to its mill and rest of the time this active air flaps will remain closed to reduce drag. Based on the same platform as its earlier version, Porsche Cayenne facelift receives same structure, while its rear taillamps, rear bumper and exhaust tips come with a new look. Inside, there are no more changes barring Porsche 918 Spyder inspired transcendent multifunctional steering wheel. Apart from cosmetic terms, this car will have updated power that makes it faster as well as powerful regarding outgoing model.
Its base diesel variant will be capable to produce 254.36 bhp of power alongside tremendous torque of 579 Nm, which is 15.8 bhp and 16 Nm extra as compared to existing one. This runabout can achieve 100 km/h of speed in just 0.3 second. A 4.2 liter V8 diesel model gets 3 bhp of power increment and can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 0.4 second.
