Sketched Image of Mercedes GLC Coupe Unveiled

The sketched image of the upcoming Mercedes GLC coupe has been revealed and its concept model will be debuted at the upcoming Shanghai Auto Show this month. It will create the obstruction against the likes of BMW X4 and is expected to go on sale in 2017, while its regular version (also known as GLK) is likely to be launched first. Based on the Mercedes Rear Wheel Drive Architecture that also underpins the C Class, the luxury vehicle will give inspiration to other forthcoming Mercedes compact SUVs. This coupe model is expected to be shorter than the GLE coupe that has already been demonstrated at the 2015 NAIAS.

Its sketch shows that it might share major properties with the production version alongside latest design philosophy, including brand's logo situated at the wide grille. Moreover, this visible image is displaying that there are various charming cosmetic components on the outside, such as latest headlamp, swooping roofline and high stance. Coming to the powertrains, which are probably to be coming from the new C Class range alongside 2.0 litre as well as 2.2 litre diesel engines.
