The German car-maker Volkswagen's subsidiary Skoda had announced its 2016 version of Superb sedan and said that it would go under lot of cosmetic changes. Now, that the company has confirmed its public appearance at the next month's Geneva Motor Show and unveiling this month, but has let us see the interior images so that we could just render the car in our imaginations. The new Superb will feature a “new level of comfort , new technical solutions and high-quality, precise workmanship”, as per the statements released by the company. It's also said to have “modern, elegant and sophisticated looks as well.”
Now, in the image released of this new 2016 Skoda Superb is of Laurin & Klement variant, which has all the new specs in it. The other important features of the car are a DSG gearbox, dual-zone climate control, new touch-screen infotainment screen, navigation enabled, voice command system, auto-park assist, perforated and heated leather seats and cruise control as well. There have a lot more other specs well, but the company has decided to put a curtain on them until the unveiling.
Coming to its engine, the car will be powered by a 4-cylinder power mill, available in both petrol and diesel trims. The car might get launched in India in next one and a half-year with the expected price of INR 20-25 Lacs Ex-Showroom.
