The unmatchable performance, excellent riding quality and combative look- everything is about the fastest Pulsar RS200. March 26, 2015, it was the most important day for Pulsar RS200, where it had received a huge round of applause from the audience and media. The flagship motorcycle was launched in the country in two color options- Yellow and Red. And after that the company has introduced Demon Black shade in the Pulsar RS200. To retain its sales mark high in the country, the company is planning to add new shade into its wishlist, while the official name is yet to be revealed.
Bajaj Pulsar RS200, which has been spotted in White color at the dealership, is likely to be sold in the country alongside the Demon Black. According to the sources, a dealer in Mumbai offering Custom painted RS200 on estimated price of Rs 15,000 extra over the on-road price. Visually, the motorcycle in White painted has not received any graphics and features a 'Race Sport' badge on the fairing and RS200 sticker on the rear.
Apart from this, the motorcycle continues with the same technical and mechanical components. The Pulsar RS200 is powered by a 199.5 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that also used in the Pulsar 200NS and the Pulsar AS200. The motorcycle is programmed with fuel injection system that produces a maximum power of 24.5 PS at 9,750 rpm and a peak torque of 18.6 Nm at 8,000 rpm. The motor is mated to a six speed transmission.
The motorcycle is available in the country in two variants- Pulsar RS200 ABS and RS200 Non-ABS. The ABS variant is priced at Rs. 1.32 Lakh and Non-ABS version is available at Rs. 1.20 Lakh.
