Ssangyong Tivoli Compact SUV to Embark at Geneva Auto Show

The Ssangyong Tivoli compact SUV has been listed in the catalog of various upcoming cars, which are going to be showcased at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show next month. A few weeks ago, the manufacturer has unconcealed the spectacular image of this vehicle that has enhanced every customer's excitements to see the appearance of it in actual as soon as possible and this news will make them happy while confirming that the runabout will be debuted shortly at the auto event in Geneva. Most of its styling cues are derived from the XIV Air as well as XIV Adventure concept, which were already rendered at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.

Design wise, this long awaited crossover gets arrogant front end with a new silhouette, latest grille, rattling headlamps alongside daytime integrated running lights, impressive fog lamps and wider in-takes. However, the side profile comprises newly designed alloy wheels and wing mirrors along with integrated blinkers to represent an awesome aspects for the customers. Beneath the skin, it will be powered by an e-XGi 160, 1.6 litre petrol engine that believes to churn out an appreciable power of 124 bhp and a peak torque of 157 Nm. This powertrain would be mated to either 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission system.

Coming to the fuel efficiency, both of these gearbox options promise to adduce mileage of 12.3 km/l and 12 km/l, respectively. Moreover, a 1.6 litre diesel engine will also be introduced in this car. Yet, the company has not made any announcement to launch the Tivoli in India, but seeing a high demand for a compact SUV in the country, there are anticipations that the vehicle will be arriving here soon.
