2019 Suzuki Intruder Vs Other Options in Similar Pricing

Suzuki Intruder, a 150cc cruiser from Japanese bike maker in Indian lineup has been launched in its improved 2019 version. Although, the motorcycle continues to be offered in two variants-the carburetted and the fuel injection version. The former is priced at INR 1,01,362 while the latter attracts the price tag of INR 1,08,162. Both the mentioned prices here are ex-showroom, Delhi. Yes, it’s understood that the price tag of above INR 1 lakh is quite heavier for a 150cc motorcycle. But there are options available which one can consider in nearabout pricing.

TVS Apache RTR 200 4V:

One of the TVS’ flagship models, the Apache RTR 200 4V is priced at INR 1,11,280, which is around INR 3000 premium over the fuel injected Intruder variant. Also, it is comparatively more powerful with an equipped 197.75cc air and oil-cooled fuel injected motor. The mill is capable of churning 21PS of maximum power and transmitting 18Nm of peak torque to the rear wheel via a mated 5-speed gearbox. Also, it comes equipped with a slipper clutch which makes its most affordable motorcycle in the Indian two-wheeler market with this feature.
