Tata Kite Compact Sedan Seems to Launch This Year

As we have told you previously that the Tata Motors is working for its latest Kite compact sedan and hatchback for the Indian market, which have been spotted testing many times. Now, there are anticipations that the sedan model will be set up in the country sometime after launch of the hatchback in this ongoing year. Based on the Indica’s platform, their various times spotted testing mules in the past have leaked out that they include impressive cosmetic features with a Mega Pixel-mimicking front end, rectangular AC vents, stunning wheels and white-backlit instrument cluster alongside a multi information display.
The Tata Kite compact sedan will be powered by a new 1.05 litre, 3-cylinder diesel engine as well as a 1.2 litre petrol mill and its diesel variant promises to deliver standard power of 64 hp with maximum torque of 142 Nm. Two transmission system options, such as 5-speed manual and an automated manual gearbox would be available there for doing their task beneath the skin. The production for both of these versions will be commenced at Tata’s manufacturing facility in Sanad, Gujrat.
Talking about range of Kite sedan, it’s likely to get categorized below the Zest and in spited of its cheapest price, this vehicle will give considerable rivalry to the Honda Amaze and Maruti Swift Dzire.
