A new edition under the moniker of Dynamic has been added to the Toyota Corolla lineup in order to celebrate its 50th anniversary edition. With the availability of 400 units per month, it will kick out from $95,800 (approx 17.85 Lakhs). During the five decades, it has gone through many modifications including some facelift versions as well. Besides, we had also seen the eleventh generation of the car that was recently launched in the market. Now, a special edition of the same is here with some additional styling tweaks as well as safety features.
Taking the features list on the ground, it comes with a redesigned bumper and new LED headlights. Moreover, the gloss black painted ORVMs are also there as an updated attachment. Now, a set of 16-inch alloy wheels are standard across all the variants, while the top end mills get 17-inch alloy wheels and comlex-LED headlights. Further, it has also been equipped with a ‘Dynamic’ badge at the back end of the compact. The automaker has offered this beast in three different exterior color namely, Silver, White and Black.
Interior is more or less same to the standard XEi variant however, leather seats and carpets are such features that makes it different from them. The cabin also sports a 6.1-inch touch screen display, reverse camera, navigation, dual front and side airbags, and many others. For safety, it gets pre-collision system, lane departure assists, pedestrian detection, radar-based cruise control, automotive high beams, etc.
On the mechanical front, it is powered by a 2.0-litre Dual VVT-i four cylinder motor that produces 153 Bhp of power and 20.7 kgm of torque. Moreover, the engine is packed with 7-speed S-CVT transmission box with steering mounted paddle shifters in order to send the power at wheels.
