Tronx Motors, a Smartron company, has announced the launch of its first product named as the TRONX ONE. it will be India’s 1st smart crossover electric bike. Earlier, the company was famous in the market with the brand name, the Volta Motors when it was founded. Since its establishment, the brand is dedicated to producing electric vehicles which will comfort the consumers with features like autonomous, artificial intelligence and IoT technologies.
TRONX ONE will be the first product which is developed by Smartron’s two different departments, the Tronx Motors and tronXTM ecosystem in the joint effort. Under the tronXTM portfolio, the company has already rolled out products such as compute, mobile and wearable devices.
The company is offering the limited units of e-bike at an introductory price of INR 49,999/. The pre-bookings have been commenced for the available two colour options including magma red and pacific blue. The first batch will be delivered to their authorized buyers on the 16th of July.
While reimagining the future of mobility, the company developed the Tronx One post its experimental prototype only get attained 25kmph speed. With this crossover, the buyer will be availed with the aids of multiple ride modes and Virtual Gears mated to 3 Electric Gears and 6 speed Shimano Shifters which allows the adjustment of bike’s range and speed as per the rider’s suite
With the mid-step-thru frame, the crossover electric bike is designed ergonomically considering comfort and ease of rider. It is based on a premium AEROGRADE ALLOY frame material that is used in the development of aircraft and not get rust.

TRONX ONE is powered by a lightweight and detachable 36 V 13.6 Ah Lithium 500 W battery that is in association with a 250W rear hub motor that aids in transmitting power-packed performance. Tronx One is claimed to return the travel range of 50 Kms on continuous throttle mode per charge and 70-85 Kms on electronic gear Assist Mode per charge.
initially, the bike will be allotted for the cities like Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad in association with service and care partners.
