TVS Introduces All-New IRIDE Smartphone App for Better Customer Experience

TVS has now come up with an aim to fortify its commenced after sales and service facility for its happy customers. To get this done, it has introduced a new smartphone application, IRIDE, which offers an improved riding and ownership experience for its customers as well as it helps to give you the real-time information of your two-wheelers.

Free to download, this new app is available on the Google Play Store, exclusively for the Android users, whose smartphones run on Android 4.2.4 and above platforms. If talked about the offered features of this new IRIDE smartphone application, it provides the facility of service booking and remainders. Besides this, it allows the monitoring of the ride parameters during the trip. More, in addition, it will improve the customer's plan and their riding experiences.

Just after the TVS Motor Company’s free 24x7 roadside assistance, the IRIDE app is the second customer centric approach by the giant in a year. The app has an array of features which are broadly categorized in Ride, Safety and Social. Although, the reports also reveal that the started initiatives will be merged soon to offer a dual profit for the potential audience.

The IRIDE app assigned features to include the detecting motion of the vehicle, switch between the riding and idling modes, as well as it also stores the parking location of your vehicle and allow the user to navigate back to its two-wheeler.
