Updated Honda Mobilio on Launch Cards for Later This Year

It's not been too long, when the Japanese automaker Honda had introduced its first mini-MPV, Mobilio in India and now, the news is flooding with rumours of the release of its updated variant in the country. Thanks to AutoCar, which has cleared all the doubts and confirmed the launch of this refreshed Mobilio that will take place later this year. Well, this new model could be found with similar updates that were fitted in the recently launched model in Indonesia.

With reports available, the upcoming vehicle comes attached with some cosmetic change only, while mechanically it will remain same. The changes include chrome headlights on the front bumper and the newly designed alloy wheels at the exteriors. Inside the cabin, we can expect the same dashboard as the forthcoming Honda BR-V. In details, the new Mobilio would continue with the same dual-tone color scheme as well as top end trim might come out with an all-black theme.

Moreover, a new infotainment system with a touch-screen display that also works as a display for the rear-view camera, recycled instrument cluster with a fresh three-pod setup will also be new here. The air-conditioning system has also been upgraded and comes with auto climate control and new sleeker buttons.

Coming to the powertrains, the Updated Honda Mobilio will continue with a 1.5-litre four cylinder engine that delivers 118 Bhp of power. An automatic transmission would be mated with the unit. Anyway, this mini MPV is supposed to be tagged with slightly higher price for all of its developed features.
