Considering the preference of the Indian customers in the car segments, it has been found that the selling graph of the compact sedan models is at the pick in today's generation. Eventually, various manufacturers are going in the same race to get terrific response and to become more popular in the Indian automobile market.
Let's take an instance, the Tata Zest, Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent and the king of this segment, Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire have been making a commotion since their very first time launch in the country. Following the same way, Volkswagen has made an official announcement that it will bring its new sub four metre compact sedan in India next year.
This information has been unveiled by MD of VW India, Mr. Thierry Lespiaucq during the occasion of commencing its new showroom in Coimbatore. Listed for the next year's launch, the upcoming compact sedan will get a price tag of more than INR 5 Lac. Based on the architecture of Polo, this model will be smaller than the Vento as well as the market reports say that its almost overall design language will be inspired by the VW Vento sedan.
Notably, its boot will be much better than the other compact sedans available in the Indian market, which seems that the runabout will compel every customer to show their more keen interest in it as compared to the rest of the models. Volkswagen is likely to embark the final production variant of this most awaited car at the Delhi Auto Expo next year.
