Yamaha is approaching Fuel Economy TechNIQ

Now-a-days, almost all the automobile manufacturers are thinking that the carburetors are absolutely kind of Old-Hat for their automobiles. They have introduced Fuel-Injection system in their automobiles to improve the engine performance of the vehicle. This fuel-injection system costs much more if compared with a carburetor, so it increases the price of the vehicle.

Yamaha, the Japanese automobile giant, is taking some different steps to improve fuel-efficiency and engine performance of two-wheelers. The company is planning to offer an enhanced range of Fuel-Injection system for its two-wheelers, this technology will be able to provide the expected level of fuel-efficiency. Yamaha is asserting more to make this cost-effective, so that it can be used easily in the commuter motorcycles, placed under 150cc of engine displacement, of the company.

Toshikazu Kobayashi, Managing Director of Yamaha Motor R&D India said,"Under such a situation, for us to continue the growth momentum further, it is imperative to provide customers value addition to the products we offer. Within this, better fuel efficiency is going to be one key growth driver in coming days."

Yamaha has known for its performance range motorcycles, as it doesn't need any kind of introduction. Yamaha motorcycles have its own fan followers and the bike lovers in India are eagerly waiting for R25 to come in the market. The focused model of Yamaha like R15 and FZ-Series will get the benefits of this upcoming technology. And, in the future this technology will be used in all Yamaha bikes regardless their performance.
