Ultimately, Apple has released a cryptic invitation for the much-awaited event, which is going to be held on 16th of October. After revealing two high-end smartphones: iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus, now the tech giant has more to show the world. Apparently, the company has been a talk of the town from a long time due its upcoming ceremony, where a series of new devices are expected to make their first glimpse.
Apart from a tag line, "It's been way too long", the brand has not mentioned its agenda till now. By peeking on the previous tidings, it has been claimed that Oct 16 will be surely a next big launch day, where new versions of iPads will see the light of the day. As per the reports, this Cupertino based company is gearing up to announce the successors of current generation iPad Air and iPad Mini Retina.
As we mentioned earlier, the next-iteration of Apple, iPad Air 2 and ipad Mini 3 might be debuted on Oct 16. Here, Air 2 has been speculated to be decked with a Touch ID sensor that enables a device to be unlocked with a user's fingerprint instead of a password. Along with much thinner and lighter build from its predecessor, the tablet might be commencing with iOS 8 operating system.
In addition, the gadget is said to feature a 9.7 inch display along with golden rear metal covering, iPad Mini 3 has not received any word regarding these shades. Being best in market of electronic devices, the firm has also an operating system update, called Yosemite for Mac computers, which can be a part of the ceremony.
