India based well-known company, Lava has launched a brand-new Android 4.4 KitKat tablet, called Xtron Z704 with a price tag of Rs. 6,499. After bringing Iris X5 smartphone to disseminate selfie trend, now the firm is intended to expand Xtron series of tabs in the native marketplace.Here, Co-Founder and Director of the corporation, SN Rai has stated that the device has been specially designed for college-going students and young professionals. Also, it has been claimed to provide a new age technology to make learning fun and practical.
Talking about the successor of Xtron+ tablet, which is paired with 2-megapixel rear camera along with 0.3-megapixel front snapper. The handheld bears a 7-inch multi-touch HD display that delivers a pixel resolution of 1024x600p. As per Lava, the tab is powered by 4000mAh battery that will provide 300 hours of standby time and talk time of 10 hours.
In terms of memory, the gadget is armed with 1GB RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be enlarged up to 32GB via microSD card. The device assimilates Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and GPRS/ EDGE options to connect the students with latest information that desire online platform for additional avenues of learning. But, there is no word on its voice-calling capability yet.
Furthermore, Xtron Z704 tablet is showcased on the ledges of retail stores with its 188.4x108x10.7mm dimension and a weighing of 320 grams.
