India's famous electronics gadgets manufacturing company, Micromax recently announced its first Windows 2-in-1 device, the Canvas Laptab. This hybrid device is pre-loaded with Windows 10 and is available at a price tag of Rs.14,999.
Canvas Laptab was launched before a couple of months. Now, the new customers can enjoy Windows 10 out of the box, company had promised the buyers who brought earlier that they would receive the Windows 10 upgrade by the end of this year.
The single SIM supporting Micromax Canvas Laptab features a 10.1-inch IPS display with a keyboard dock and having WXGA 1280*800 pixels of resolutions. The device is powered by 1.33GFHz quad core Intel Atom Z3735 processor.
It is coupled with 2GB of DDR3L RAM and have the inbuilt storage of 32GB, which can be further expanded via a microSD card. The buyers would additionally receive the 1TB of cloud storage on Microsoft's OneDrive service.
The Canvas Laptab equipping with a 2MP rear and front-facing cameras along with a high performance battery backup of 7700mAH battery. It claims the usage time of Laptab upto 10 hours. The device measures a 210.8*124.2*9.95mm and weighs 1.1Kgs.
The hybrid is available only in the Black color variant. Connectivity features of the device includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB and 3G.
The Micromax Canvas Laptab offers a one year free subscription for Microsoft Office 365 Personal apps. It also having the dual speakers placed either sides on the rear panel.
