Smartron Launched t.book 2-in-1 Windows 10 Laptop For INR 39,999

Smartron, the little known India based company has announced the launch of its newly built hybrid laptops in India. The newly 2-in-1 laptop t.book packs with high-end innards and is priced for Rs. 39,999. The company is aiming to initiate such type of initiative to serve the consumers need of multiple devices, now you don't want necessarily to spend a ton of money on it.

At a media event in New Delhi, Smartron unveiled its 2-in-1 Windows 10 device. To convert the tablet into a laptop, it comes with a flip-stand and keyboard, which quickly turns it into a full- fledged laptop. The company claims that the t.book has an aluminium and magnesium body, can last for 10 hours on a single charge.

In terms of specifications, the t.book features a 12.2-inch WQXGA IPS display having a resolution of 2560*1600 pixels and is maintaining an aspect ratio of 16:10. the hybrid device comes coated with a fingerprint-resistant oleophobic layer. It si powered by aIntel core M processor with 4MB of cache and turbo frequency of 2GHz. It is coupled with a 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM.

On the storage end, the device sports a 128GB SSD storage. The tablet bears a 5-megapixel autofocus camera at the rear end along with a 2-megapixel front facing camera.

Other features of the Smartron t.book include two full-size USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C port for charging with USB 3.0, one Micro-HDMI port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, and magnetic pogo pin for external keyboard support. It also supports 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi dual channel (2.4GHz and 5GHz), and MIMO. On the software end, the Smartron t.book runs Windows 10, and comes with a 30-days trial of Office 2016.

The Smartron t.book will be available in two color variants: Grey and Orange and will be exclusively available for purchase via Gadgets360 from April 8 at a price tag of Rs. 39,999. The registration for the t.book has begun.
