During this session, South Korean Conglomerate Corporation: LG seems quite busy in launching its products. Apparently, tech giant has introduced G Stylo equipped with stylus pen and beautifully-designed: G4 smartphones as well as commenced two curved handsets: Magna and Spirit in India in a span of few weeks. Now, firm has turned its focus towards the tablet segment of domestic space and brought 3G-enabled variant of G Pad 8.0.
To remind you, LG G Pad 8.0 was originally debuted in two editions: Wi-Fi only and LTE, in which Wi-Fi only version is available in India since last month at Rs. 17,999. But now, its 3G sibling has been dispatched in native marketplace to provide faster internet connectivity to consumers. As per the listing of official website, gadget carries a price tag of Rs. 21,000 for country and procurable via various retail stores.
Coming to specifications, tab bears an 8-inch IPS display that produces a pixel resolution of 1280 x 800p. Powered an 1.2GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon, it houses a 4200mAH battery to be a promising companion of users. Memory-wise, device is arrayed with 1GB RAM alongside 16GB of internal storage, which can be extended upto 32GB via a microSD card. In terms of imaging, this creation of LG is fitted with a 5-megapixel CMOS autofocus rear sensor with LED flash along with an 1.3-megapixel front shooter.
Paired with a single-SIM card slot, it offers 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, A-GPS and USB 2.0 connectivity options. Running on Android KitKat OS, handled is loaded with Qpair2.0 technology, whereby consumers can pair their Android smartphones with tab to receive notifications for text messages and incoming calls as well as they can answer phone calls and send texts with ease.
Well, company has made a good attempt to capture more market shares in India, but domestic market has already seen a bevy of feature-rich plus-sized gadgets, wherein Dell Venue 8 & Venue 7 and 4G-capable Lenovo Tab S8 are the strong rivals of LG G Pad 8.0.
