Xiaomi Launched Android Powered Mi TV 3S In China

Xiaomi, the China's manufacturing firm has added a new modern smart TV, in addition to enriched its TV lineup. The newly launched TV by Xiaomi is dubbed as Mi TV 3S. As of now, the new Android-powered TV is available in China in two variants: a 65-inch curved 4k panel and a 43-inch flat FHD panel.

The Mi TV 3S with a curved display is priced at CNY 8,999 (roughly Rs. 82,500) and the 43-inch FHD variant costs at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 18,500).

The Xiaomi Mi TV 3S Curve is said to feature a 65-inch curved display of 4k resolution manufactured by Samsung. The TV is designed in a too thinly manner with the latest Chinese technology and is measuring just 5.9mm. The TV is powered by a Mstar 6A928 TV processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It houses an 8GB of inbuilt storage and comes with a Mi TV bar with independent 6-piece sound system. It offers support for Dolby and DTS audio dual decoding.

Mi TV 3S FHD Display

On the other hand. the 43-inches Mi TV 3S FHD variant features a 10.9mm ultra-thin metal body and frame having a resolution of 1920*1080 pixels. It is powered by a Mstar 6A908 processor with 1GB of RAM. It houses an 8GB of internal storage with the support for Dolby DTS audio dual decoding. Both of the models run on company's own proprietary Android MIUI.

Back in 2015, the company had gained their attention with the launch of its first Android-powered Mi TV 2 with a 55-inch 4K display at a price tag of $800.
