10.or also termed as Tenor, is an Amazon exclusive brand, established its operation in September 2017 in India. Tenor has now launched a new smartphone, called with 10.or D2, on 22nd August in India.
The 10.or D2 will be the successor to 10.or D that was launched in September 2017 in the Indian market. To recall, 10.or is an Amazon Exclusive brand which states ‘Crafted for Amazon’ smartphones across the country. Since its operation, the company has launched three affordable smartphones namely 10.or G, 10.or E, and 10.or D.
Before the formal launch of 10.or D2 , the company has teased the launch of gadget on social media accounts and Amazon.in. The Poco F1 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 are likely to be unveiled on the same day as 10.or D2 in the Indian market.
The Tenor had launched 10.or D in India in December in the previous year. The smartphone came with a price tag of Rs. 4,999 for the base model 2GB RAM+16GB internal storage, whereas the 3GB RAM + 32GB configuration variant is retailing at Rs. 5,999.

10.or D2 comes with a starting price of Rs. 6,999 for base 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage variant, whereas the 3GB RAM/ 32GB internal storage variant is retailing at Rs 7,999.
The smartphone will be available for purchase from 28th August in Beyond Black and Glow Gold colors. One must note that Amazon prime members will purchase the 10.or D2 on 27th August 2018 just one day before the open sale.
As a part of launch offers, 10.or D2 bundled with 10 percent discount from Punjab National Bank which is applicable to credit and debit cards as well as 10 percent discount to IndusInd Bank credit and debit cardholders.
Amazon is also offering up to Rs. 1,000 discount on the exchange of old smartphone. Furthermore, up to Rs 2,200 cashback from Reliance Jio, 95 percent discount available on Kindle ebooks up to Rs 200 and no- cost EMI option. Amazon Prime members will get the 1-year additional warranty on the purchase of 10.or D2.
As expected, The 10.or D2 comes with 5.45-inch HD+ LTPS display which offers 18:9 aspect ratio and 720x1440 pixels resolution. It runs on latest Android 8.1 Oreo Operating System integrated with stock Android UI.
It is embedded with Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz coupled with Adreno 308 GPU. For storing content, the company has offered 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/ 32GB internal storage which supports microSD card up to 128GB.
In terms of lens, the 10.or D2 has a 13-megapixel Sony IMX258 sensor on the rear side which offers PDAF, single tone LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera setup comes with HDR, low light enhancement, Beautify, and Panorama mode.
Up front, the smartphone gets a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling featuring an aperture of f/2.0 and single tone LED flash. Selfie Countdown, Beautify, and Face Detection are some of the camera features which is available in the selfie- camera.
The 10.or D2 has microSD card, 4G VoLTE, dual-sim (nano), VoWi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/AGPS and GLONASS. Sensors on the smartphone include an accelerometer, digital compass, gyroscope, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.
The 10.or D2 is armed with a 3200mAh battery which can be rated to deliver 19 hours of talk time, 10 hours for Wi-Fi user, 8 hours for 4G internet use, and 70 hours for music and up to 20 days of standby time.
The dimensions of the smartphone are 147.7x70.5x8.6mm and weight is 144 grams. The 10.or D2 features IPX2 water-protection rating which protects the smartphone from splashes of water.
