Celkon Millennia ME Q54 Goes on Sale with Price Tag of Rs. 5,555

Finally, Celkon has rolled out its previously-announced smartphone: Q54 in Indian market with a price tag of Rs. 5,555. Back in January, handset has been proclaimed as Celkon Q54, but now it has been cataloged on company's official website with a moniker: Millennia ME Q54. Notably, prospective buyers can grab this budget-friendly mobile at best buy prices via online retail sites, where eBay is offering this new creation of firm at just Rs. 5,499.

Equipped with dual-SIM card slots, Millennia ME Q54 incorporates a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash and XMOS Sensor alongside a selfie snapper of 5-megapixel. The gadget has a 5-inch IPS, which delivers a FWVGA pixel resolution of 480x800p.

Based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, mobile phone bestows 512MB RAM along with 4GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 32GB by using a microSD card. In terms of connectivity, successor of Millennia series offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB and Bluetooth options. Here, a 2000mAh battery powers the handheld, but details about its lifespan has not been mentioned.

Millennia ME Q54 is engineered with a Quad core processor, which is clocked at 1.2GHz operating frequency. Additionally, it's clubbed with proximity, light and G-Sensor. Moreover, device measures 145x73x8.81mm scale and it's available in Silver color model.

However, homegrown firm has made a better attempt to capture this price category of mobile phones, but Lenovo A6000 and Xiaomi smartphones are still known as most commercial, trendy and popular among folks, so we can say domestic space is not so easy for ME Q54.
