Coolpad Unveiled Cool 1 Dual With Dual-Rear Camera Setup in India

Coolpad in collaboration with LeEco launched a new smartphone in the country dubbed as Cool 1 Dual. The smartphone has been announced in two variants, in which the first one will be seen combining 3GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt memory space, while the second one gets 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory space. Despite having different RAM, both of the smartphones will be available with the same price tag of Rs 13,999 exclusively via Amazon India. The 3GB variant of the model will be available sometime later via the offline market.

There is a minor difference between the China variant and the Indian variant of the handset, which is, the Indian variant have Coolpad written at the rear side, while the China variant has only Cool written. Rest of all the specifications remains same and the device will be available in Silver and Gold colour variants in the country.

The Dual-camera setup of the Android smartphone is believed to be the biggest highlight of it, which includes a pair of 13-megapixel sensors with dual-tone LED flash and a f/2.0 aperture. From the dual-sensor, one handles colour, while the other one looks for depth, brightness, and detail. An 8-megapixel front camera is also provided by the company with an 80-degree wide-angle lens and a f/2.0 aperture.

The second highlight of the Dual-SIM smartphone is its massive 4000mAh battery, which is capable of keeping your smartphone awake all day long. Furthermore, it features a 5.5-inch full-HD display of resolution 1080X1920 pixels along with a peak brightness of 450 nits and a pixel density of 403 ppi. Powering the device is a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC (four Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.4GHz) paired with either 3GB or 4GB LPDDR3 RAM and Adreno 510 GPU.

Connectivity options of the GSM smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v4.1, infrared, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Sensors, on the other hand, include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, a fingerprint sensor at the rear side, three-axis gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
