Huawei, sub-brand Honor has launched a new- budget segment smartphone dubbed as Honor 7S is listed on the Honor Global Site along with key specifications which pointing towards that it would soon unveil globally, however, the Chinese company has not revealed the pricing and availability of the smartphone.
The specifications of the Honor 7S is identical to recently launched Honor 7 Play excluding camera sensors. The major highlighting features of the Honor 7S are 18:9 aspect ratio display, a 3020mAh battery, and an LED selfie light. It is available in three color options: Black, Blue, and Gold.

Honor 7S flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ FullView display along with 18:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 quad-core SoC. It is equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage that can be further extended to 256GB by using a memory card. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo customized with EMUI 8.0. It is armed with a 3020mAh battery along with smart management capabilities. The Honor 7S comes with a larger receiver volume which automatically adjusts the volume of the smartphone as per the environmental conditions while making voice calls.
In terms of photography, the Honor 7S sport a 13-megapixel rear camera featuring PDAF and LED flash. At the front, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel selfie shooter rather than 24-megapixel sensors on the Honor Play 7. The smartphone features an eye protection mode which turned the display of the smartphone into blue light color and it easier to read.
For the security purpose, the Honor 7S comes with facial unlock feature to unlock the smartphone, whereas the fingerprint scanner is missing on it. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone has Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, dual-SIM, dedicated microSD card slot, WiFi, and a micro USB port. It measures - 146.5 x 70.9 x 8.3mm and the weight of the smartphone is 142 grams.
A couple of days ago, Huawei launched the Honor 7C and Honor 7A in India exclusively available at Amazon and Flipkart respectively.
