The Taiwanese juggernaut HTC is looking forward to bind its customers with trust, and for that reason company has recently announced a new plan named ‘Uh-Oh' protection plan. This will bless you with a replacemet offer whichIt will replace your phone for free in case of any crack in screen occurs. Phones with water damage and carrier switch issues can also be replaceable under this scheme, but there is a limit. You can take the benefit of this plan while all aforementioned damages occur during first 12 months after the purchasing date of smartphone.
However, users of recently launched One M9 and its predecessor One M8 can take benefit of this service provided by hTC. This HTC Uh-Oh protection plan is though announced for U.S. customers only. There is no information that when it will reach to other markets including India as here is a very big crowd of people which prefer HTC devices to operate.
On the other side, the HTC One M9 will go on sale in US through various carriers on April 10. After the availability, this plan will facilitate buyers of the 2015 flagship. There is some more condition as the company will offer one time replacement free on cracked screen, water damage, and carrier switch. If user has no requirement of such replacement, then the tech giant will offer $100 discount on the purchase.
There is no detail available when this plan comes in existence. However, the terms and condition page of company site shows that devices purchased on or after April 10 can take the benefit of this protection service.
