Intex Listed Aqua Ace II With 3GB RAM For INR 8,999

Intex, the Indian smartphone manufacturer has listed its Aqua Ace II smartphone on the company's website. It will soon officially launch the smartphone in the Indian market. The company has not yet revealed the price of a smartphone but a popular Mumbai-based smartphone retailer has revealed that as well.

The Intex Aqua Ace II, which is a successor to the Aqua Ace smartphone will come with a price tag of Rs. 8,999 as per the Mahesh Telecom. Notably, the Aqua Ace smartphone was launched in September last year at a price tag of Rs. 12,999, which is Rs. 4,000 more than its successor. The newly handset is operated on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating system out of the box.

According to the official website listing, the Intex Aqua Ace II is featuring a 5-inch HD IPS display having a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. It offers a pixel density of 294ppi and is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735V/W processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The device clubs a 3GB of DDR3 RAM and houses a 16GB of inbuilt storage, that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot expansion.

At the photography department, the handset sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with 4P lens, aperture f/2.0 and a dual tone LED flash. On the other hand, it bears a 5-megapixel front facing shooter with aperture f/2.4. On the connectivity front, it includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB.

The GSM-based handset is measuring a 145.3x72x8.65mm and weighs 149 grams. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
