Intex Unveiled Aqua Life III with Android 5.1 at Rs.5,199

Indian home grown second largest smartphone manufacturing company Intex has flooded the market with the launching of devices back to back. After the launching of so many devices, the company has tried to bring every other device with some Unique Selling Point (USP).

This time, soon after the launching of Cloud Swift smartphone, Intex has launched the Aqua Life III. The smartphone is listed on the company’s site with the price details. The handset is ready for sale with the price tag of Rs. 5,199.

This is the successor of Intex Aqua Life and Aqua Life II in the range of Aqua Life series.

The dual SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone is featuring a 5-inch HD IPS display having a resolution of 720*1280 pixels and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor. The device is running on the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box.  

The device is having the native storage of 8GB, which is further expandable via MicroSD card and coupled with 1GB of RAM. The Aqua Life III measures 145×73.2×8.9mm; weighs 157 grams. The smartphone is available in different color variants including Black, Champagne, Gold and White.

On the Camera side, the smartphone houses an 8 MP autofocus camera at the rear end with LED flash and 0.3 MP front facing camera on the board. The camera blessed with some special features like scene detection, face recognition, low light enhancement, panorama, Geo tagging, burst shot, smile shot and HDR options.

On the connectivity front, the Aqua Life III offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The smartphone is backed by 2000mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talktime and up to 300 hours of standby time.
