iVoomi i2 Lite Launched in India At a Price Tag of Rs 6,499

iVoomi, the Hong Kong-based, smartphone manufacturer has launched i2 Lite budget segment smartphone in the Indian market as the name suggests it is a younger sibling of iVoomi i2 that was launched this year in May. The iVoomi i2 Lite shares most of the specifications with iVoomi i2 which include 4G VoLTE in both sims, HD+ 'Full View' display along with 18:9 aspect ratio, dual rear cameras, and among others.

The company has launched the new smartphone to diversify its business in tier II and tier III cities where the demand for affordable smartphones are high as compared to mid-range and top- end smartphones. The company has launched the iVoomi i2 Lite in four color options: Mercury Black, Saturn Gold, Mars Red, and Neptune Blue.

iVoomi i2 Lite has been priced at Rs. 6,499. Interested users can purchase the smartphone exclusively at Flipkart, as well as e- the trailer is offering no-cost EMI options at a starting price of Rs 723.

iVoomi i2 Lite Specifications

The iVoomi i2 Lite bears a 5.45-inch HD+IPS Full View display along with commonly found 18:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 720x1440 pixels. It runs on top of the line Android 8.1 Oreo- out- of- the- box. In terms of hardware, the smartphone gets a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further extended up to 128GB by using a microSD card.

In terms of photography, iVoomi i2 Lite has dual cameras on the rear panel consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. The dual rear camera set up accompanied by an LED flash. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone gets an 8MP front-facing camera.

An affordable iVoomi i2 Lite features a 4G VoLTE, Micro-USB with OTG support, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a 3.5mm headphone jack as connectivity options. Sensors on the smartphone are the light sensor, accelerometer, and P-sensor and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is armed with a 4000mAh battery along with 2A Fast Charge technology. The dimensions of the smartphone are 148.4x71.8x9.2mm.
