Lenovo Announced To Launch Lemon 3 Plus at MWC 2016

MWC 2016 is just a week away, where the manufacturers like Samsung, LG and Gionee have already announced their plans for launching their respective smartphones in an event. The Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm, Lenovo has also teased a new smartphone via its social media platforms with a caption, "#KnockOut Coming Soon MWC 2016". The new smartphone is believed to be the successor of the Lenovo A6000 that was launched last year.

The teaser shows a poster of a liquid metal being poured on a phone, which hints that the smartphone might an all metal body.

In terms of specifications, the Lemon 3 Plus is expected to feature a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920*1080 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM. The device is operated on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating system out of the box.

On the storage front, the device has the native storage of 16GB, that can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot expansion. For the photography, it is expected that device is loaded with a 13-megapixel camera at the rear end while 5-megapixel camera at the front end on the board.

To recap the features of Lenovo A6000, it features a 5-inch HD display with a pixel density of 720p. it is powered by a 64 bit, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone has the internal storage of 8GB, that can be expandable up to 32GB. The dual SIM enabled device supports LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, and weighs 128 grams. The Lenovo A6000 comes with stereo speakers, which is powered by Dolby Digital Plus technology.

The smartphone is operated on Android 4.4 based KitKat operating system and is featuring with an 8-megapixel primary camera and 2-megapixel secondary camera. The device is packed with a 2,300 mAh battery, that can provide up to 13 hours of calls and up to 11.5 days of standby time.
