To redefine the concept of nonpareil and cutting-edge phones, the USB Type-C port-equipped smartphones: LeTV One Pro and One Max arrived. Once again, China has shown off its supremacy and dominance in the world of mobile phones because these two handsets paired with top-of-the-line internal hardware have been introduced by a Chinese video streaming website: LeTV, which was a lesser-known name among folks till yet.
Firstly, diving into LeTV One Max, device is quite captivating with premium-looking build and edge-to-edge screen, which is expected to come in yet-to-be announced: Oppo R7. The gigantic 6.33-inch display produces a pin-sharp QHD resolution i.e 1440x2560 pixels and it translates to pixel density of 464ppi. An LeHI-FI audio system has been comprised to provide superb sound quality and it is powered by 64-bit 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC.
Running on Android 5.0 Lollipop with firm's EUI, gadget offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, WiHD, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, 4G LTE connectivity. Most importantly, it houses USB Type-C port that we had recently seen in skinniest MacBook of Apple. This USB 2.0 Type-C port confers better data transfer rate and it has more power capacity. Featuring infrared remote and one-touch fingerprint reader at rear panel, handset has the capability to catch the eyes of tech-savvy folks.
Coming to memory front, handheld is housed with 4GB RAM just like Asus ZenFone 2 and Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. Notably, it has been designed in two internal storage models: 64GB and 128GB as well as buyers can choose between 3400mAh battery and 3500mAh battery versions.
Touching the subject of imaging, device comprises 21-megapixel primary shooter loaded with OIS, dual-tone flash, optical image stabilization and Sony IMX230 sensor. In addition, phone is fitted with an Ultrapixel (4MP) selfie snapper. Moreover, One Max measures 167.1x83.5x8.95mm scale and will be available in Silver and Gold shades.
Hashing about the second invention of this Consumer Electronics and Video Streaming firm, LeTV One Pro, then gadget is identical to its market companion on some aspects due incorporation of similar processor, RAM, front camera, Dual SIM card slots and same color variants. But, this USB 3.0 Type-C port supported device does not include fingerprint reader and WirelessHD functionality.
The smartphone is basically a compact edition of One Max, which bears a smaller 5.5-inch Quad HD display with a pixel resolution of 1440 x 2560p and encompasses a 13-megapixel main camera with OIS, dual-tone flash and Sony IMX214 sensor. Powered by a 3,000 mAh battery, mobile phone will roll out in 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage models that make handset inferior to its sibling.
However, pricing details of One Max are still a mystery, but 32GB storage variant of One Pro has been priced at CNY 2499 (roughly Rs. 25,139) and 64GB model will carry a price tag of CNY 2699 that is approximately Rs. 27,151 according to Indian currency.
