LG Volt with Curved Display and Android Lollipop Flavor Announced for Korea

The leading tech brand in curved mobile manufacturing, LG has recently kicked off one more handset in the fray of smartphones with curved displays. LG Volt has been unwrapped for Korean market with curved display. It is claimed as the variant of LG Spirit smartphone, with a price tag of KRW 200,000 (Approx Rs. 11,400).

This new handset shares almost all the specs we have seen in Spirit, except the processor. LG Volt flaunts a 4.7-inch display which is curved with 3000mm radius. This curved display Offers HD (720x1280 pixels) resolution with pixel density of 312ppi. This handset has single SIM slot and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS which is brilliant with its impressive Material Design UI.

On the performance side, this handset runs on Qualcomm’s 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz to offer enhanced performance result. A 1GB RAM works along with the smartphone for seamless user experience. On imaging front, LG Volt sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1-megapixel front shooter.

Company has engineered this smartphone with enough storage room. An 8GB built-in storage with option of microSD card (with upto 32GB storage) is also there to meet with the purpose. LG Volt on the connectivity side comes loaded with 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC and Micro-USB options. To give all these energy, a 2100mAh battery is integrated inside the smartphone.

LG Spirit was announced in India last month at Rs. 14,250 which has all elegant features. Display is also curved of this mid-range smartphone. Well, the Korean market has got the chance to taste this smartphone. Hopefully, India will also get this new handset very soon.
