Micromax Bolt Q331, S302 listed on Company Site for Official Release

Micromax has announced officially and listed on the company’s site to introduce its Bolt series smartphones. The two flagship series smartphones as Bolt Q331 and Bolt S302 are the new handsets launched recently without being figured out in the pricing and availability details. The devices floored just to get listed on the site for its official release, but no details have been uttered yet.

The company has offered the freebie to lure the customer for the budget smartphone. The budget segment needs to be heated again and again and so does the launch brings in the free data pack for WhatsApp from Airtel.  Further details will be expressed out later with the launch. The earlier launch device Bolt Q339 was a Flipkart exclusive set, priced at Rs. 3,499. With the earlier budget launch, the company has come up with two new devices.

The Micromax Bolt Q331 sports 5-inch (480x854 pixels) IPS display and comes hitched with dual-SIM support. It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM. It is hooded with 4GB of inbuilt storage which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The snapper’s edge has 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash alongside a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, it has GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB options to explore. The Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based device packs 2000mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time.

While, on the other hand, Micromax Bolt S302 features 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) TFT display. It runs on Android 4.4.3 KitKat and packs 4GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It grabs the backend power from 1450mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity options to traverse includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, A-GPS, and 3G. The smartphone is hooded with 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum (SC7715) processor clubbed with 512MB of RAM. On comparing, it sports 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, at its shooter’s front.
