Micromax Canvas Pep for Budget Users at Rs. 5,999 with 3G

In horde of smartphone devices, a domestic mobile manufacturer Micromax has come out with a new smartphone, dubbed Canvas Pep. After launching an array of devices in this month, the company has dropped one more in the line at wallet-friendly price of Rs. 5,999.

The phone is though a budget device, but doesn’t offer you compromising specs. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and comes with dual SIM functionality. It is featured with a 4.5-inch display which is bound to offer 480x854 pixels resolution. It has compelling 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is capable in delivering fast performance result along with 1GB of RAM.

Not every detail of such handset has been spoken by the manufacturer yet, but it is expected that we will get the whole very soon. The internal part has a space for 4GB data storage which can be expanded with the help of microSD card (capable of upto 32GB). Canvas Pep is currently available online and offline to buy while the official website is still waiting for the device to tag on its page.

To solve imaging purpose, the company has crafted a 5-megapixel shooter with LED flash on back panel while front panel gets a 1.3-megapixel imager. Both are perfect to meet shutterbugs’ need. On connectivity side, the phone comes preloaded with 3G, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Micro-USB support. 1700mAh battery is enough to give a life to the device and will keep its promise by delivering upto 210 hours of standby time. The phone can be grabbed in Pristine White and Mystic Blue colors as per your selection.

The company had recently announced the Bolt A82 at Rs. 5,499 which seems quite identical with newly launched Canvas Pep in specs. However, the Bolt A82 lacks in RAM capacity and has better battery capacity than the new one. Choice is yours, which one you select.
