The homegrown mobile maker, Micromax has commenced its Budget-smartphone, Canvas Nitro A310 with a price tag of 12,900 in the Indian marketplace. However, this Android KitKat 4.4.2 based device has been inaugurated along with a faux-leather back, which gives it a premium look. Notably, the handset is showcased on the ledges of an e-commerce website, Snapdeal, where it is exclusively available in white and blue color variants.
Shelling out the specs of this newly launched scion of the firm, which is decked with 13MP rear camera with LED flash along with 5MP front-facing snapper. Here, the most highlighted part of the device is its new software that features a 'Smart Alerts' lock screen notification system.
The mobile comprises a gesture control alongside a 5-inch HD IPS display with an oleophobic coating that delivers pixel resolution of 720x1280p. In terms of connectivity, it assimilates 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS functionality at an economical value. The device is power packed with 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor along with 2500mAh battery that quoted to provide talk time of 10 hours.
On the storage front, it is arrayed with 2GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage that could be enlarged up to 32GB via a microSD card. Moreover, this successor of Canvas Knight Cameo A290 also bestows some advanced sensors such as accelerometer, ambient light and proximity with a reasonable monetary value to allure the Indian consumers.
Notably, chief executive officer at Micromax, Vineet Taneja has stated that they are endeavoring hard to introduce their products with superior technology along with great design and this Canvas Nitro A310 is amalgamation of high-end traits and seamless usability. It is also expected that this reasonably-priced smartphone may arrive as a better opponent of Moto G and Asus Zenfone 5.
