Panasonic P55 Unveiled for mid-level Customers at Rs. 10,290

Panasonic has launched a mid-range smartphone for Indian market to lure customers with its sturdy looks, dubbed P55. It will reach to market this week at the price of Rs. 10,290. The device will be selling with bundled screen guard and a flip cover. Running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, this smartphone offers the best software experience.

Another appearance in the Android KitKat powered handsets market has the guts to captivate people with its built and features as well. Its 5.5-inch HD IPS display offers 720x1280 pixels resolution. On the other side, 1.2GHz quad-core processor powers the handset which enhances the performance very perfectly. 1GB RAM is crafted inside to offer smooth multitasking.

Panasonic P55 bears 4GB of inbuilt storage and a microSD card slot houses inside to provide expandable data storage upto 32GB. On the imaging side, its 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera captures stunning images with the help of LED flash. There is a 2-megapixel front-facing camera also on-board for selfie purpose. The 2500mAh removable battery gives enough juice to this Panasonic device. However, Company has not provided any detail regarding talk time and stand by time.

The dual SIM handset is designed keeping India’s growing smartphone market in mind. Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, and 3G are few connectivity features of this device. The handset comes paired with a special feature called Tap Play that let your smartphone awake without pressing the power button. One more unique feature is also loaded in this device to open or launch any app through gesture drawing called Gesture Play.

One day earlier, Company had brought a budget handset T9 with Android 4.4 KitKat support which is available on e-commerce website to purchase at Rs. 3,750.
