Redmi Pro Set To Launch on July 27

Xiaomi, a Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm is planning to launch its new Android smartphone dubbed the ‘Redmi Pro’. As per reports, Xiaomi Redmi Pro will be revealed at an event scheduled to be held in Beijing China on July 27, something which recently got announced.

A new information has been leaked about the device as per which the handset would be featuring a deca-core MediaTek MT6797M processor with 3GB of RAM. Additionally, Redmi Pro will also come preloaded with the latest version of Android OS i,e., Android v6.0 Marshmallow while some of the rumors suggest it might come in another variant having 4GB RAM.

According to earlier leaks the GSM-handset under the hood will be powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor with 16GB of internal storage. One the design aspect it likely will have a metal unibody structure with antenna bands at both the top as well as the bottom end, and the volume and power keys will be placed on the right edge of the device.

Earlier leaks also reported that the smartphone had been showcased in a teaser. If the recent leak is to be believed as valid then it can be said that the new device will not have a fingerprint scanner at its back.

However, one must note that the latest smartphone revealed by the company i.e., Redmi Note 3 does feature a fingerprint sensor at its back end and it is also rumored that the company tweaked its upcoming smartphone in terms of both the design and technology.
