Samsung Galaxy A5 Successor Tipped in Specifications

Samsung has been purportedly leaked in reports with the specifications this time. The Samsung Galaxy A5 successor passing through Bluetooth SIG certification, as seen last week in the reports. But, this time the smartphone has shown up at GFX Bench benchmarks with the specifications revealed. The previous listing didn’t show the specifications, even after the certification has been approved. The price and launch date are not yet uttered by the company.

As per the listing released now, the model number SM-A510F that's thought to be Galaxy A5 successor runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS. It bears a 5.2-inch full-HD display with impressive resolution. It grabs its power from an octa-core Samsung Exynos 7 processor clocked at 1.6GHz, clubbed with ARM Mali-T720 and 2GB RAM. The device further features 16GB of inbuilt storage, which would leave 11GB for users.

On the snapper’s edge, it has 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 4.7-megapixel front-facing camera. Both the cameras have the capacity to capture a full-HD image with 1080x1920 pixels resolution. It has various connectivity options that comprises of an accelerometer, Bluetooth, digital compass, GPS, NFC, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and Wi-Fi.

Other such creation by Samsung has also been leaked as Galaxy J3 (SM-J3109). The device has received its US FCC certification, as reported by TimesNews UK. No official specifications have been unveiled and no pricing and launch date is unwrapped, but the device last month got the GFX Bench benchmarks with few detailing being done. It has been tested for LTE, 3G and 2G networks and features 5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC clocked at 1.2GHz, clubbed with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Under the hoods, it has 8GB of in-built storage. The snapper’s edge has 8-megapxiel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
