Samsung SM-G9198 Spotted on GFXBench with Snapdragon 808 SoC

A few days ago, Microsoft Lumia RM-1106 device gone for GFXbenchmark test and it comes with Snapdragon 808 SoC, that is the same processor used by the LG's latest flagship device LG G4. This chip is unique and offers a hexa-core CPU as opposed to the usual quad-core and octa-core processors that are stuffed within today's smartphones.

Recently, another device speckled on GFXBench website which is powered by same Snapdragon 808 SoC. This time its Samsung SM-G9198. It could be the Galaxy S6 Mini or it could be a completely different device altogether. This unannounced Samsung model number doesn't give us any clue either.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the device will support a 4.6-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 768. The smartphone will be powered by 64-bit hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor along with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage(with 11GB available to the user). Also, It has 5-megapixel front facing camera for selfie and video chat purpose and a 16-megapixel rear camera with full HD video recording. It includes more interesting features such as Wi-Fi, NFC, pedometer, motion processor, accelerometer, barometer, light-sensor, GPS, gyroscope, Bluetooth, and compass.

The device seems to runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Based on the specs rumors, it seems like the device could be the Galaxy S6 Mini, but we need to wait for more leaked informations before we can be completely sure about this yet to-be-revealed Samsung Model.
