Samsung to Outcast 128GB variant for Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Note 5

Samsung at its 13th August event has unveiled the launch of Galaxy series S6 Edge+ and Note 5 including the 32GB and 64GB variants. The South Korean company has revealed 128GB variant for the same smartphones. The official announcement for the 128GB variant is still not made.

As per the other launches of Galaxy series like Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge with 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants has influenced the company to get out with its new variant. The announcement is not made official on the Thursday event, as earlier the 128GB variant of previous launches were canceled because of its less demand.

The variant has been listed on the US site (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon) for now and the price list has not been declared yet. It is rumored to get official on 21st August Event. The possibility may also highlight a non intended launch of the 128GB variant or cancellation of the same. These are mere assumptions that the variant can come out on 21st August. Besides, the tech giant in late-July removed the 128GB variant of Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge from its online store and US site, most probably due to the low demand in the market at high pricing.

Samsung further announced the availability of Galaxy S6 Edge+ in the wider market, than the Galaxy Note 5 in the select market. The dual edged smartphone will be available in full shot from mid of August at the price tag of Rs 59,800 for 64GB variant and Rs 53,300 for 32GB variant. The other pacer will be made available at the same time with the chit of Rs 54,800 for 64GB variant and Rs 48,400 for 32GB variant. No words on 128GB variant has been uttered.
