Samsung Unveils Updated Versions of Galaxy A3, A5 and A7

Samsung, after a quite long period, finally unveiled the three new updated smartphones in its Galaxy A Series, namely, Galaxy A3, A5 and A7. The awesome threesome handsets will be available in China from mid of December and expected to set their presence in other markets later. No word for pricing has been announced yet. All three smartphones will come in dual-Sim options and run Android 5.1 Lollipop. Let's have a close look over their specifications.

The Galaxy A7, on the beginning note, features a 5.5 full HD (1080x1920) resolution Super Amoled Display and packed with an 1.6 GHz octa-core processor, 3 GB of RAM, supports LTE category 6 connectivity. The package gets completed by a 3300 mAh faster charging battery. It sports 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and optical image stabalisation (OIS), and a 5-megapixel front shooter.

Stepping ahead with Samsung Galaxy A5, the smartphone is having almost identical specifications as A7, but some minor changes can be seen. It features a 5.2 inch full HD Super Amoled Display, club up with 2 GB of RAM, and a 2900 mAh faster charging battery. The handset measuring 144.8x71.0x7.3mm carries a weight of 155 grams. Both the versions, i.e., A5 and A7 feature Samsung Pay's Magnetic Secure Transmission, NFC payment systems and fingerprint scanner.

The most compact and lightest among all the three, Galaxy A3, is equipped with a 4.7 inch display, maxed out at LTE cat4 network access, 1.5 GB of RAM and quad-core 1.5 GHz processor. It weighs around 132 grams and measures at 134.5x65.2x7.3mm.

All three will be packed with 16 GB internal storage that is expandable via MicroSD card up to 128 GB.
