At the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2019 event which was held in Barcelona, the Sony launched the Xperia 1 flagship smartphone. And it seems that the company is going to launch the Xperia 2 in at IFA which will be held in Berlin. The smartphone has been leaked with details of the specifications.
The Sony Xperia 2 is expected to flaunt a 6.2-inch display, a Snapdragon 855 processor, and a 3000 mAh battery. Same like the Sony Xperia 1, the Xperia 2 will feature a triple camera setup at the back but the specifications will be different from the Xperia 1.
As per the leaks, the smartphone will flaunt a 6.2-inch display with Cinema-wide 21:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 1234 x 2880 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone might get the speed from the Snapdragon 855 processor which is mated to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage capacity.

In terms of the optics, the smartphone at the back might carry triple camera setup which might not be same as the Xperia 1. The smartphone packs a capacity of 3000 mAh battery. The smartphone is speculated to feature a 3.5mm audio jack, but will comes with the wireless charging support, and measure 161 x 70 x 8.1mm. As per the rumors, the Xperia 2 will be launched at the IFA 2019 which will be held in Berlin in September this year.
According to the leaks, as compared to the Xperia 1, the display and battery is smaller. By this we can say that, the company will price the Xperia 2 lesser than the Xperia 1 which carries a price tag of EUR 799 i.e. around Rs 74,200 in terms of the Indian Currency.
The Xperia 1 flaunts a larger 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED CinemaWide display with a screen resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 21:9 and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The smartphone is backed with the capacity of 3,300mAh battery along with Xperia Adaptive Charging support and also comes with Smart Stamina and Stamina Mode.
