Swipe, the Indian smartphone manufacturing firm has launched its Elite Power smartphone in India. The handset is already listed on the leading e-commerce platform Flipkart and will go on sale by the Tuesday, 31 January 2017. The pricing of the handset has not been unveiled yet, but interested customers can get registered on Flipkart to get notified when the smartphone goes on sale.
Coming to the specifications, the Android smartphone is backed up by a massive 4000mAh battery as a highlighting feature of the handset. Moreover, it features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display of resolution 720 X 1280 pixels and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt memory space, which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card.
The optical part of this hybrid Dual-SIM handset includes an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfie lovers. The GSM handset is blessed with a metallic unibody design language along with a fingerprint sensor at the rear side of it. It also comes with 4G VoLTE support at all bands across the country. Furthermore, it measures 156.5x77x8.8mm and will be available in Space Grey color.
The company earlier this month also launched the budget friendly Konnect Grand in India with a price tag of Rs 2,799. The device features a 5-inch FWVGA display of resolution 480 X 854 pixels and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and was available exclusively via ShopClues in Black colour.
