Will India be the Next in Queue for getting Xiaomi Redmi Note?

The success of Xiaomi’s smartphones can easily be seen in the Indian wave which is flowing like a king to show its elegancy with sovereignty in features. India have tasted two handsets till yet, the Xiaomi Mi3 and Redmi 1S. The next one in the line which is waiting for the arrival to prove its supremacy would be the Redmi Note. This smartphone has already proved itself in Indonesia by going out of allotted stocks in 40 seconds.

Xiaomi VP, Hugo Barra posted about this huge success in Indonesian market and also mentioned in his Facebook post that India is the next place for this device’s stay. However, he hadn’t spoken about the date for its India launch, but as per his India visit and Facebook post, we will soon see the handset in Indian hands. November would be the month for this smartphone’s India debut.

First time this handset was presented by officials at the time of Xiaomi Mi3 India launch and then it was suggested to come in August. Alas, it didn’t happen and now hopefully, the late November or early December may make a way for this stunning device.

Xiaomi Redmi Note has been listed on Xiaomi India website with price tag of Rs. 9,999. So, we can expect this handset at the price of Rs. 8,999, keeping Company’s both releases in Country. Xiaomi had reduced Rs. 1000 from Redmi 1S and Mi3 at the time of its launching in India.

Redmi Note has 5.5-inch IPS-LCD display that delivers 720x1280 pixels screen resolution and makes it a phablet. Just like its budget handset Redmi 1S, Chinese mobile maker has maintained the legacy in this one also by blessing it with HD resolution and IPS technology. The massive 3100mAh battery and the 2GB RAM you couldn’t expect in such a mid-range device.

On the imaging front, shutterbugs won’t be tired by clicking incredible images with its 13MP Autofocus rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and has wide angle lens to make pictures more perfect. On the other hand, this phablet doesn’t disappoint the selfie enthusiasts also, crafting the 5MP front camera. It hides 8GB built-in storage that can further be expanded upto 32GB via microSD card. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with MIUI v5 may advance the experience. An octa-Core MTK 6592 processor clocked at 1.7GHz to make Redmi Note a performance packed device and Mali-450 GPU is quite perfect to give better graphics result.
