Finally, It is Time to Welcome Windows 10

Microsoft has done all the previews and test for Windows 10 and now it is about to launch the latest OS version across the world.. It would be available to upgrade for free for the original Windows users and for those who are using the pirated versions, it would be costing around US $119 for the Home version and US $199 for the Professional one and that makes the amount INR 8,000 and INR 12,000 respectively. Well, this price is definitely too high for Indian users who particularly believe in pirated versions and for the same reason, Microsoft might be aiming a price tag of around INR 5000.

Talking about the features, then there are plenty, but this also was the case with Windows 8 and despite showing the initial warm response about slides and all, it was a fail campaign in India. Now, to make sure that users don't think about Windows 10 as they thought about Windows 8, Microsoft has to focus on many things and one among them is offering a good web browser for smartphones. Its rival Google Chrome has been dominating the market for quite some time and none other has come near to this. Another one is Xbox live and apps, which I don't think so is good enough for the users to shift on Windows 10.

Also, the Cortana digital assistant, which has been promised for the Indian market last year, might not launch with this versions of Windows as well. So, after all these factors, it's quite clear that Microsoft has to make strong efforts to sell Windows 10 in India. Well, let us wait and watch what plans company opt for.
