Flipkart Released No Cost EMI Option

E-commerce major Flipkart on Tuesday announced its No Cost EMI choice. The online commercial says that this will make internet shopping more reasonable for a top of the line buys because of no extra cost on EMIs, or compared regularly scheduled payments. The No Cost EMI involves zero processing charge, zero down payment, and zero interest for customers.

Flipkart's New 'No Cost EMI' Option

With the presentation of No Cost EMI alternative, Flipkart means to empower more individuals access items they desire for. The company has banded together with Bajaj Finserv and key brands to make this offering which is accessible for select items and dealers for the present. The offering accompanies with loan tenures beginning 3 months up to 12 months.

"Less than 1 percent of Indians have access to credit cards, and the traditional banking industry has been slow in addressing the need for small personal loans. This is the first step towards making shopping truly affordable for masses online and brands have shown great enthusiasm to collaborate with us. This has the potential to disrupt online shopping just like we did with Cash on Delivery a few years ago," said Mayank Jain, Senior Director and Head of Digital & Consumer Financial Services, Flipkart, in a statement.
