Google Chrome Browser to Mute Audio Page Tab Individually

Google has been rolled out many a times in the discussions, with various new inventions over the experiments. Google Chrome is one such experiment performed earlier. Last year with the feature that let you see which tab was playing sound by displaying a little speaker icon on the tab, the company has marked a label of uniqueness. Now, it has come up with the feature to shut the audio page tab to mute zone.

When people access the website, there are various videos that play automatically. With various tabs open over the bar and few of them playing audio profile, earlier you have to check for the particular tab to shut it down. Last year the company has update its Chrome profile with an option or label to highlight the pages playing audio with a speaker icon on the top. This feature was really helpful for the users accessing the page in silence.

Today, the new update has been rolled out with a new feature to shut the individual tab at silence. The natural progression has finally occurred with the new Google Chrome version 46 to mute individual tabs.

It was all pleasurable to see the audio label at the top but then comes the problem to surf for the pause button on the autoplaynig video, or silence the ad responsible. Now, you can just right click on the offending tab committing noise and select "Mute Tab" from the drop down list to kill the audio on the page. Doing such a task will show a speaker icon with a slash across it to represent muted page. To unmute the page, you have to simply go back and unmute it without having to memorize which of the many tabs it was. With the testing done over the update, the feature is now available for users to explore.
