LG Unveiled Two New 4K Monitors Before CES 2017

Starting with the LG 34UM79M, the 34-inch monitor boasts of a 21:9 UltraWide 4K (exact resolution unspecified) display and is touted to be the world's first Chromecast-empowered interactive media monitor. Apart from streaming movies, TV shows, and games onto the screen, it additionally permits owners to multitask between the PC and the smartphone using a single screen. Moreover, the screen accompanies a Dual Controller Plus element permitting clients to control both a PC and a cell phone/tablet via a single keyboard and mouse.

LG has also unveiled the 32-inch 32UD99 UHD 4K (3849x2160 pixels) monitor that supports HDR10 standard. As mentioned, the monitor sports USB-C port for ease in connectivity with laptops, especially MacBooks. With the Thunderbolt Displays now discontinued, the new LG monitor could prove to be an ideal alternative. Additionally, the monitor's built-in speakers come with LG's Rich Bass technology for the elevated audio experience.

LG Unveils New UltraFine 4K monitor

LG states that both these monitors will be showcased at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas next month. Alongside these display, LG will likewise showcase the 34-inch 34UC99 21:9 UltraWide gaming screen furnished with AMD FreeSync innovation, 1ms Motion Blur Reduction, Dynamic Action Sync, Black Stabilizer and different elements for catering to gamers. CES 2017 will begin on January 5 in Las Vegas.
